EBay at it again with the live animals(snake)

Hi folks. This is snake related, sorry, but I am ticked. EBay is at it again. I was scrolling through this and that, to see what I could see, and right on the first page of the Reptiles in pet supplies they have a columbian red tail boa for auction. Thought they didn't do live animals? I emailed 'em, and decided to bring this here to see if anyone else wants to. Next thing you know they'll have more iguana on there too.
