Joe while I agree to some degree with what you are saying, I tried to feed commercial diet to this snake. Nutritionally it sucked as do many commercial foods out there. Then we tried already dead pinkies and mice. Wouldn't eat them EVER. So in my boyfriends case live food was the only food this animal would eat....Its not for me but, sometimes a necessity.
