Thanks for the quick response and advice--Gina, Babyherp, Jiffypop, and Iguanamomma...Lewis is doing better already...we went for a Sit by our Koi pond in the sun for 40 min this morning after I got off from work...Lewis was 18 months old when I got hime last year at this time...previous peoplemate was going to school and parents moving...I took him in and was doing good until a few days ago....I feed him Tetra's Land Turtle, Toroise and Iguana Food blended together with collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens....His uv light must not be working, so I will be getting a new one....When I took him outside today, this was the first time I could hold him....Before I would get whiped, clawed and bitten...If you have never had one of this three happen to you, you know what they can feel like...I am hoping that if I continue his sun sitting he will learn to let me hold him....Again thanks...I have to go now, because I have to many other animals to take care of....I adopt and take in more than I should..but I do...
