Penny........I'm such a wet blanket!! Im sorry!! but okra is really loaded with oxalates...more than 50mg per 100gm serving. Oxalates bind with calcium and renders it useless. Any calcium your ig gets from it is eliminated in her poopie. Ok once in a while something ya might want to feed occasionally....better choices out there.
