This website has files you can download about EMF. Some other folks in here might want to check it out too if they have any concerns, because not only is monitors putting out EMF but so does your UVB light fixture and a level that might surprise you too. For those of you who don't know what EMF stands for, it's "Electro Magnetic Field" Europe researchers claim that it causes some types of cancer. Here's a list of some high EMF things in your house.
- Microwave
- TV
- Monitor
- Stove
- Electric Heaters

The levels of EMF per item goes up the closer you are to them. If you stand next to your microwave, say 1 foot....the levels are very high but if you are 3 feet away the levels drop quite alot. Oh.....and those cell phone.....yep EMF levels are not good on those either. Rumors of brain tumors from cell phones.....maybe closer to the truth then you might think.
