: lizard you have ever seen, and secondly the mostipmressive ig you have ever seen?
: For me
: 1. Out of all I have seen(Komodo's to anoles) I liked a large nile I saw the most. A lot prettier than the Komodo, and it seems intelligent.
: 2. When going to pick upo crix at someones house, I went into a laundry/herp room to look at torts. On top of its cage was a huge iguana. I am 5'10" and it was longer than I was tall. It was emerald green with very clear bands. It just observed me like,:"hey, is it a competitor or one of those peky humans?"
: Magnificent, and it was at that point I made a vow to keep an ig ssomeday, after high school and college both.
: PS-Most impressive herp I have ever seen-black mamba. DAMN! That is all I can say. Beuty, smart, not the least bit scared of me(of course). Definitly, also a must own-when experince permits.
: I love hots. And non-hots. and lizaards. and frogs..... Well, you get the idea.
Hi paul,
Apart from G.G., (who is now reading over my shoulder - a dispicable habit) my most impressive is a toss-up between a huge Rhino Iguana that I knew in the early sixty's at Ross Allen's Reptile Ins. and a foul-tempered Tokay Gecko that I kept for a number of years.
Interesting question.
