Totally and completely about lighting for my girl

I've been reading about what types if lighting I need for my free roaming ig. So far I KNOW that I need a heat light because all she's on right now is a heating pad and basking in the sunlight by the window until I can get this sorted out. I've read about full spectrum, UVB,full spectrum, black light, incandescent, ultra violet. What do I need?! What do you use? Where did you get it? Don't worry, I'm not going to skimp, I'm ready to spend money if it means my iguana will be happy and healthy! Thanks a lot!
