Sulfites (inc sulfur dioxide) are antioxidant salts yep preservatives. Sulfites destroy thiamine....a big consideration when feeding any dried fruit with sulfites to igs. Prolly ok to feed once in a great while sparingly ...just mho not a rocket scientist!
Good fiber and protein but little else...best if you enjoy them...better choices out there for your ig ;o)
