My friend (http://www.spacerock.com) has two male iguanas and three cats. They all get along fine. However, on the other extreme, I know of cats who have attacked hatchling/juvenile iguanas. Some were bitten and/or clawed; other suffered trauma from being tossed about or batted with the cats' paws.

Just food for thought.
