It's OK James. Don't worry about coming back with more Q's... I think Xta's post below is a good start for you. Keep it warm. Give it a place to hide. Make sure that it's getting SOME form of UV (natural or artificial) and then see what happens. The baby food is a good start to get it to eat but try mixing it in with real veggies just to get the smell/taste in there but once it starts eating regularly discontinue the baby food. Also, make sure that you are cutting the veggies into small enough pieces for it to handle easily.
Iguanas don't regularly "drink" from a bowl like a dog would. The majority of liquid intake comes from food although they can and will drink water on occassion. Your little guy/gal has had a rough start and it may take awhile for it to get back up to speed. All you can really do is keep offering food/water, keeping it warm, and giving it some form of UV. Igs don't handle stress/change very well so it may take a few days for it to settle into it's new surroundings. Don't try handling it for awhile. Just keep a close eye. When it does start eating again, give it a few days and then maybe start with regular baths in the tub. This will also help to ensure that it doesn't dehydrate and gets it some excercise as well. Just enough water to come up to it's shoulders. But that's awhile away yet.
Now may be a good time to start the search for a good herp vet too. Once he/she starts eating you're probably going to have a good growth spurt so if you start looking now you'll be prepared when it comes time to bring him/her in for a checkup. You can start at www.arav.org and look under the "members" section for a herp vet near you.

Hope that helps a bit more....Good luck and please keep us posted....
