Just what I needed to read about,,tenus shots,,,I HATE NEEDLES.I can't even stay in the room when one of the kids needs a shot let alone me get one.Lets see now,,,the last tenus shot I got was before they were invented,I think.Jst how long are they good for anyhow???!!!
