Glad to hear you are not interested in breeding them Nick... still, because you still live at home, I would opt for a different reptile. They DO bite, whip and scratch sooooo your family will not be pleased. Also, you can't take them away to school and that's when many iguanas get dumped. Don't get me wrong, if you ultimately decide that you will get one, we will help you as much as possible on this forum....but there are many people that take in rescues from young people that realize it was MORE responsibility than they ever imagined or could deal with.
