Surely if they send her all these animals repeatedly, then surely they must know her personally and see the conditions they are living in... If this were animal abuse, wouldn't the SPCA, Humane Society and others shut her down rather than send her more animals?!?

Apparently you have seen these conditions?! You doubt the judgement of the numerous animal societies designed to prevent such tragedy, You doubt that in a town where they are all located, that they have no idea what is going on, but yet, not even having ever heard of this woman before this week, you are able to determine that which thes aminal societies have not. Bravo to you!

Should we shut down a boarding facility because you happen to hear that they have 25 dogs in 12'x5' kennels based on that fact alone?

I guess my real question and issue here is basically... Where are you getting your information to make such a harsh judgement?
