IMHO, it sounds like the lack of rear limb movement is due to a lack of calcium. Maybe for a long time, maybe short term. If you can afford the time and it is sunny in your neck of the woods, just get her outside for a while. That might help till you get to the vet. Certainly won't hurt, unless she gets overheated, but you won't let that happen, will you? The rest of the problems might just be worm related. The one we rescued sounds like yours, but he could walk.Don't leave the light on, she is looking for help, not a Motel 6. That would cause more stress than help.
If you can't get to the vet sooner, do what you can with the natural sunlight and work on trying to get a fecal. I think if you refrigerate they are good for a couple days but do not freeze. The sunshine should help with that also. Good Luck and GodSpeed.
