I looked through our info and the closest thing to Idaho I found was CO rescue. I've listed the link below. A lot of rescue groups do not advertise (i.e. no phone listing, web site, etc.) Sometimes you have to make some callsto other rescue groups or whatnot to find info that way. Try calling a couple of vets that deal with reptiles in your area and they or the employees might know someone.
Your comment about the herp society made me laugh. Because I had no idea if Richmond had a herp society (no listing, asked around), I drove 2 1/2 hours to Lynchburg, VA to a herp society that I was able to locate. They in turn, pointed me to our LOCAL herp society! LOL Heck with it, we joined both (we try to go to the away society every other month).
