Hmmmm. It could be your store that's mislabeling,
or it could be me! My guess is that there are
several types of dandelion sold as food. (And
you're lucky to have more than one to choose from!)
In my experience, back yard dandelions don't have
much in the way of greens (or maybe I just don't
let mine grow big enough in my yard), so I go
for the leafiest ones I can find at the health
food market.
Contradictions upon contradictions! That's fitting
where iguanas are concerned!
