I've been around here for over a year & a half, silently reading all that you guys have to say.
I always enjoy what is said & especially appreciate the community atmosphere that pervades this site.

You guys can be very supportive & helpful to each other & new comers alike.

I'll try & contribute more often, but you guys seem to answer all questions pretty fine w/out me.

: Peter,sounds like you know what you're doing so just keep doing it with those fresh veggies and fruits.If it's working why add something that isn't good.I think we all pretty much do as you and read read read and then use our own judgement.No one diet is perfect since they are still learning soooo much about igs just now.
