It also depends where you live as to the amount of sunshine your ig needs.The further north,the sun is further away than it is here in the south.Be sure and have a shady spot for your iggy to get some cool time too.And be sure you mist him/her often so that it doesn't over heat.An ig can get overheated quite easily so be sure you are outside with it at all times to watch it.
