Don't know if anyone here will know the answer or have any thoughts on the matter but here goes ....
We (the humans) are taking a multivitamin multimineral supplement that contains (among many other things) 450mg of Calcium (from calcium carbonate) and 10mg Phosphorous (from calicium phosphate). There is some D3 in the supplement, it appears to be 200 IU.
I am considering using these same supplements for our iguanas once a month and/or for times of recovery, sickness, injury, etc. Any thoughts on how these specific increments of vitamins would affect the igs, either positive or negative? I'm gonna run it all by our vet but I thought on the off chance anyone here might have already done some research into actual volume when it comes to supplementation I might find some good info here!
