Hi Lenka, I can see a few problems right off the top....

First of all, get rid of the sand substrate. As iguanas use their tongue to check things out, it can be eaten and cause impaction.

Then, immediately if not sooner -get rid of the hot rock! Or at the very least unplug it. Hot rocks have been known to cause thermal burns on iguanas -a nasty thing.

What kind of bulbs do you have? One of them needs to be a UV source. ZooMed Reptisun 5.0 or the ZooMed Iguana Light are the 2 most widely used. They resemble flourescent light tubes, if they don't -then the lights you are using do not produce UV. The ONLY regular shape lightbulb, that I know of, that produces UV is the ActiveUV.

33*C is a good place to start for temperature but you should have a basking spot that is around 35*. Iguanas are tropical animals by nature so they require heat and humidity. The lowest you should ever allow the enclosure to get is 22 and that should only be at night. What are you using to promote humidity? IGuanas require around 80-90% humidity but keeping a captive iguana we are lucky if we can maintain 70-75%. Daily misting and bathing routines will help with this greatly.

As for why your iguana is not eating, it could be a number of reasons! What are you feeding him? Are you sure it is a him? If it is a female, you need to ask, is she gravid (with eggs)? Is he shedding -sometimes our iguanas eat less. It could be the stress of moving to a new enclosure! See, there are lots of things to consider. Maybe if you gave us all a little more info, we could help you find a more precise answer.

The big question is, how long has he not been eating? If this has gone on more than a week or so, you need to take her to the vet for a checkup.
