I know I am new to iguana rescue but I have been doing dog rescue for a couple of years. There is an organization called CURR (Canine Underground Railroad) that transports dogs from point A to point B without charge and it is done by car, not shipping by train or plane, etc. It is a series of people like a relay that manage to get the dog where it needs to be.
Do you think this is possible for iguanas? They are in as much a bad situation as the dogs, maybe even worse.
If anyone has any ideas on how this could be set up, organized, and how to actually transport igs safely across the states, please let me know.
Thanks
