Igi climbed too high and burned nose!

My iguana (3 year old) likes to try and get to the lights at the top of her cage, a few weeks ago she actually succeeded (lights are on top of her cage (150 gal tank) separated by screen top, and yes she has a basking branch). She burned her nose and now looks like WC fields. Is their anything I can do or a vet?

I know we need to get a bigger cage (in the saving process right now) but until then any help?
