I posted this down below but since it is pretty far down there it probably got missed.
I am curious as to why blacklights are a no no? I don't use one currently but was considering maybe using them next winter because they come in a higher wattage then the red colored bulbs I currently use.
I thought I was showing my ignorance by asking, but I asked this question at an unscheduled chat last night and no one knew the answer.
