Folks on IML had been asking about a sheet they could distribute to people that gave a brief care description for igs to get them started on the right track. A person named Sue Solomon has one on her site...but people were having difficulty getting it to download and print. So...Melissa Kaplan helped out. Quote: "Well, just in case I didn't have enough to do today, I wrote a Giant GreenIguana Information & Care sheet. At this point, it is formatted in MSWord97 and MSWord 6.0. They are linked to my http://www.sonic.net/melissk/ig_care.html page, at the very end of the iguana stuff, where the links to Jen's and Adam's sites are, and the link to Sue's one pager. Sue's is more "pet store friendly" than mine...Now, I'm assuming that when you do the Save As to grab the file that it will also grab the graphic (my sweet Wally's face), but if it doesn't, the graphic is http://www.sonic.net/melissk/wallyfac.gif--Melissa KaplanAdmittedly, I've not read either one of these ladies' one page sheets :o) But I while I was thinking about it I thought I should throw this up here for us all. "Old timers" know how often these sheets could have come in handy when new owners or wannabe owners have asked for basics. Also they would be handy to distribute at pet stores...or wherever the wrongs need to be righted. Since Sue's was first noted and then followed by this new one by Melissa in response to a NIAD person wanting to distribute, then I ASSUME (you know what they say about that) that permission is granted for distribution of these sheets. I also ASSUME that their website name, etc. should be on it for credit where credit is due :o)
