sick iguana?

My Iguana is about four years old, I believe, since she was given to me from a friend. She has always been active and friendly except for today. She started the day normal but then began to lay in her water dish. As the day continues she is just unable to support her body when I pick her up. She has not been drinking large amounts of water so I don't believe its kidney failure, I'm wondering it she is full of eggs or what? When I touch her around the back by the hind legs she would jerk(a soft touch) now she does nothing! I can not get her to a vet till the morning and I hope that Iowa has a vet that can assist my friend. If anyone has seen this before or might have some suggestions on what to do till the a.m. I would really be thankful. Thanks for the help.
