The heat!

I was wondering on the subject of taking my iguana outside. I am on the east coast, it is about 103 degrees. If I harness my Ig and take her outside for some sun, how much is too much? Is there a limit on how long she should be out there. Thought I would ask before I did anything stupid. Thanks!!
