Yep they use that other stuff in the regular nursery...but in the NNICU they were using this castile soap on the preemies. Hard to believe when I look at my twins now that their backs were no bigger than the palm of my hand at birth....uh, oh better get that box of kleenex I feel a motherly moment about to hit....
