Good question,,could be one is getting more sunshine naturally,one eats more,a lot of different factors enter in.Same clutches hatch out at different times,same clutches have runts,not saying your's is a runt,but see the different factors that can make a difference??As long as your's is healthy,have you had a fecal done?Parasites can cause a slower growth.So just keep feeding and loving your ig and get him plenty of natural sunshine.
