Sorry I missed chat...got a whole lotta news....

Sorry I missed chat. I am also behind in reading everyone's posts. I am not abandoning you all I have just been busy the last couple of days. I tried to catch up but I guess there is something wrong with the forum right now because it is taking forever to open and close stuff. It is very fustrating! So I gave up for the night after only a few.

What have I been doing? The woman with no life who only misses chat when giving birth (LOL)? Well since you ask...

I went to an IRBA reptile show on Sunday. It was pretty cool. The good news is that there were no $5.00 iguanas. In fact there were no iguanas for sale at all. But there was still a talk on caring for igs by David Blair. I didn't get to listen to most of it as Carson decided to start crying. The even better news is that I finally got a copy of Hatfields Ultimate Green Ig Manual (YAHOO!!!). I haven't been able to read that much yet, but what I have read is great!

The Reptile Show adventure took up most of Sunday. Then Ken and Kyle came home Monday and since I hadn't seen Kyle in nearly three weeks in Ken in almost one I had to catch up with them. So I feel even further behind with the forum.

Now the reason I specifically missed chat tonight is....

KYLE AND I GOT OUR BEARDEDS!!!!!

I got in touch with JoeRom after the show and made arrangements to go to his house and pick out our new babies. The bigger one (roughly 3 months) is the female. Her name is Sydney. She is mine. The smaller one (roughly 2 months) is we are pretty sure a male. Joe didn't have a three month old male available. Kyle named him Outback. He is Kyle's so he got to pick the name. I plan on calling him O.B.. Right now they are being housed in one of my 40 gallon tanks. As soon as I get Mel's bigger encl they will move to her old home.

So having explained my absence I hope you can all forgive me.

Those of you waiting on pins and needles for Cirsisue's babies to be old enough to ship, well, all I can say is I have had these guys only a couple of hours and they are worth the wait.

I will try to catch up on the posts and hope to see all of you in the chat room soon.
