Hi Rhon...ok once in a while ...calcium : phosphorous ratio is something like 1:5 that's 5xs as much phosphorous as calcium...not a real great food all the time. Medium amunt of oxalates in it....Romaine is ok to *add* to a dark leafy green salad (mustard,collard,escarole,dandelion)
Check out the food list at IggyLovers...lots of different calcium rich high fiber food ideas.... spinach super high in oxalates...cancels out any calcium in food or supplement your ig eats.
The list will hook you up to the USDA Database to check out calcium:phosphorus ratios on the foods you give your ig...ok!
