Have you changed anything at all? Moved anything in or even around the enclosure? Have you had a recent weather change? Changed your schedule? Started running the air conditioner? Is she getting ready to shed?

It does sound like a case of stress. But these wonderful creatures can sometimes be stressed by the slightest thing, especially if they are younger. If she is still eating and pooping then you probably just need to wait her out. Let us know if she doesn't improve in the next couple of days.
