Hello again Augusto. Some iguanas don't lay very many their first time. However, our iguana laid 45 eggs in her first clutch.
The BEST thing you can do is have a herp vet X-ray her to check for any unlaid eggs. It is the only way you will know for sure. Nine eggs seems low to me. And I personally wouldn't try the oxitocin a second time as it's pretty potent stuff.
Others can correct me if I'm wrong but if you don't have a herp vet, a regular vet could probably do the x-ray and look for eggs. As you see, I've asked for someone to look at this because she's had more recent experience with eggs than I.
