jacks not eating

my iguana jack won't eat. will pee in tub but no poop for four days. tail still fat but losing weight. have tried swithching food, more heat, no luck. she's spayed so its not a breeding/egg issue. recently moved i think its stress. keeps batting my hand away when i try to pet her. she is apprx. 4 years old, never any problems before. any ideas?
