I would when you have a chance.....have your iglet's poop checked by a reptile Vet. I don't want to alarm you with anything.....but what comes to my mind with the problems it had with mites.....there could be a chance for internal problems.....mainly parasites/worms. This is only a suggestion, NOT a alarm!! Sometimes small iguanas can pick-up many things from location to location. Yours could easily pickup worms as it did with the mites. If you can afford it.....I would suggest doing it.
