: Well all our patience is beginning to pay off. Sneakers is finally letting me slide my hand under her without running off. Just wanted to let everyone know that has young igs and it seems like they will never trust you that it does happen eventually. Just takes patience, love, and consistant work. It has taken a long time. She has become calm once she is in my hand for a while now, but it is the initial putting my hand in to get her that there has always been a little bit of a skuffle. The funniest part is when she let me put my hand under her, she kept looking at the hand then back up to me, then back to the hand. She was probably thinking, damn this creature is so big I can't watch all of her at once. LOL. Also, my favorite thing to tell her while I talk to her is "The hand is your friend". Hopefully she is beginning to believe it. : Joan (The hand is your friend)
