It's good to see that your rescue iguana is coming along nicely, Traci.
Leslie, the only other suggestion I would make would be on the baby food. If yours doesn't like the fruits named by Traci, try the sweet peas. It's usually accepted well also. IMHO best brand is Gerber's First Foods (I THINK that's the name; I know it's First Foods). And Gerber's is the one advertised by Jane Seymour :o) Once you get him eating well you can work up toward the solid foods. All those listed by Traci are what most, if not all, of us use for our iguanas.
Whatever set up you use, be sure to have a florescent light that is UVB such as Zoo-Med or VitaLight or DayCyle (made by TetraTetrafauna). You'll also need a heat source. You only asked about getting him to eat so I'm not sure if you are already up on the heating/lighting business. If you are a little shaky on it, feel free to ask here at the forum. Someone will help you straighten it out. Inthemeantime, during your leisure time *grin* you can read thru this website I'll leave for you. There is a wealth of information there. There are several good iguana websites but I this is the one I refer most people to the first time around.
Good luck with your new friend and keep us posted on how he is doing. Thank you for caring enough to at least give him a shot at life!
