Petsburg misinformation

I was watching Disney's Petsburg on the Animal Planet this morning. Just in time to see some guy, an expert, although he looked like a chef,
showing and telling about what to feed his kid's iguana. The good thing was that this was an adopted ig, the bad thing ( 1st ) was that he said
that the ig was 6 years old. I have seen and have had two year old igs that were as large or larger. Anyway, mr chef, proceded to tell everyone
that the ig eats fruits and vegs. He then proceded to make an ig salad: ie: spinach leaves and pureed mango. that was it. I have yet to see
any ig diet that consisted or even recommended spinach. There are over 60 different fruits and vegs that an ig can eat healthy, spinach isnt one
of them. If this is what he has been feeding the ig, no wonder it is so small. Of course this goes out to hundreds of thousands of people watching
this and I can see a run on mangos and spinach right away. Also the moronic host, I forgot her name, despite being kinda cute, interjected other foods
like oranges, dog food and others.

Anyway, another example of the power of the media to misinform as many people as possible for the sake of intertainment.

Cliff
