Me too, I`ve heard that green beans, green peas and snow peas are supposed to be ok, also carrot tops (better than the carrot itself, at least) and dried figs. I have not been able to locate a good collard greens-source over here yet, but dandelions have been the basic in Iggy`s salad these lazy summerdays..:)
Also about hibiscus, I went to a shop and found dried red hibiscus-leaves, supposed to make tea out of it, and I tried to put some of them in the salad. Unfortunately, the water I sprinkled the salad with, also made tea out of it, sort of...:0)
But is this ok, or should I search for the "real" leaves and flowers, and not use the ones for tea-making? They are dried and hard, but gets soft when watered.
