Whoa! That's bites! I agree with the professor of law (can't remember his now. The terms are way too board for it to stand up in court if challenged (like the no-compete contract I signed 10 years ago with a former employer. My attorney laughed at them and said "Try and enforce it!"). Or, you can always do what I do when I sign something, DON'T READ IT! I'm just a "layperson" and didn't "realize" what I was signing!?! (Advice from an attorney friend of mine when signing a waiver if I were hurt while renting a canoe). Yahoo will back off. Just sit back and watch. Nowthat sure wasn't ig related at all! LOL
