Hi Sue1,
I had a long talk with our Vet about the research MK and I were doing. He said "It would be impossible to do that". All labs have their own standards for norms, making it impossible to get a average scale. The only way to do this would be to get every lab in the country to change to a set...norm! Highly unlikely that, that is going to happen. The best we all could do, is trying a regional change....say like East Coast. But to do that, we all would have to have our blood work sent to one lab for testing to get a average norm and then be able to talk all of labs on the East Coast into changing to norms from the lab we used......highly unlikely again. There are also other things that make this project impossible by what the Vet said, but I won't list them all.Although, my Vet agrees it would be a great advantage to have a national average, it's impossible with the way labs conduct their test norms.
So...I've decided to drop out.

Hoping the weekend is better then this week has been.
