I love my Mader's book too! I have actually a copy here at my office and one at home (well, I bought one for a friend, and just haven't UPS to her yet!).

There's a new ig book to be released soon (or perhaps it already has). Can prolly check with amazon.com to see if it's available. It's publishing date should be 1999. Also my vet is supposed to pass me a prelim version of a blood panel chapter he wrote for a exotic/avian book.
