I have a new iggy coming in this evening.. He's a juvenile, maybe a year old. Last time I saw him he was about 14" overall, maybe 5-6" SVL. Gorgeous lime green with charcoal grey where his black stripes will develop. Tame, but skittish. Healthy and well fed, but Junior got tired of him and mom and dad want him to go where he will get more attention.
That means me, apparently ;> I have photos of this guy but a broken scanner.. I'll have to see if I can get with Lola and Harry's folks and have them do my scanning for me in the meantime.
Oh, surprisingly, this iguana owner is delivering the iggy and his 30 gallon tank (which IS big enough for him for now), all the lighting and heating equipment and donating money (I think we agreed $10 was enough) for his feeding.
I'll keep ya posted.
