Derek...stick around...it gets better really...every once in a while someone will get a wild hair up their arse something Im more guilty of then others...but no one is closing the door on you..or me ;o) This is a really good forum..lots of real good discussion with a tad of b.s. & drama...but for the most part...we're all like you! Some of the disagreements are from us basically saying the same thing...but differently.
I too...went through what your going through a few months back...feeling very disillusioned with the treatment I was getting from the so-called "experts" in iguana care..I kinda put it in persepective with the help of some very nice people here. Now I don't care...lol I post what I want & try & help who I can. If nobody agrees or listens or heeds any advice I give..so what!! lol
but ya know.......usually there's one! Someone who's e-mailed me and said THANKS (in caps too!)
really its happened! to me!! So don't think you haven't sparked some kind of emotion or thought or made a difference by expressing your ideas about iguana care in this forum ....to someone...because you have. Take your break if you must...but ya better come back...I have your email address and Im gonna hound you till you do ;o)
