I hope that I can convince you to reconsider your decision not to attempt to obtain knowledge from the people on the Kingsnake forum. I personally might be lost, if it weren't for many of them. I really didn't take offense to your post, and I suppose that I did in fact sound that way. I was simply frustrated by that bonehead, and was losing my composure. I may not be a glory hound, but I was being a bit childish. I will feel horrible if you choose not to post on the forum anymore, because I will have contributed to the reason. Sometimes we get a bonehead like kev on the forum, but he is usually ignored. I lost control of my temper, and obviously pissed a few people off. Please reconsider your decision.......give us another chance. The people on that forum have become a family of sorts. We were starting to consider you a part of that family.
I do, however, have some news that may make you feel better. I too e-mailed the folks at Zoo-Med, and they replied by telling me that they intend on removing all ig references from their hot rock packaging, and will remove the controversial picture from their website. We made a difference after all. We all pulled our resources together and quite possibly saved thousands of iguanas from potential burns. That is the kind of feeling that being a part of this family gives you! I really don't want you to leave the forum. You too are one of the good guys, and if we let the bad guys(kev & associates! lol) run us off, there won't be any of us left.
