try putting the enclosure in partial shade. i don`t know if you will understand what i am talking about, but i have an idea for a misting system. they have them in hard ware stores and walmart as well. they are these tube thingys that kinda curl and the end on the ground has a place where you can screw in a hose. what the thing is is for people to hook up to thier hoses for when they are laying out, doing yard work or whatever to help keep cool. i have not tried yet, but am thinking it would work great for keeping igs cool to. its only like $7 to buy the tube, the only expensive part might be having to leave the hose on for long periods of time....... i hope that made sense i can`t remember the name of the things, they come in all colors and stand off the ground about 2-3 ft. they are made from plastic or pvc or something. the plastic tube part is in like a curly q shape. if anyone knows what i am tlaking about, please post the name of the item! and no, i really am not imagining these things i swear!

: I live in the St. Louis area and during the summer months it is very hot and humid here. Would an outdoor enclosure work here for my little iguana? How do you keep the ig cool if it gets over 90 degrees with high humidity? I guess I need more info on outdoor enclosures. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks
