Dehydration seems to be the main problem with your little ig....High sodium, low uric acid.
Wondering about the phosphorus level being low & what did the vet say as far as CA: Phos ratio.Extremely low phosphorus levels can mean the thyroid is shutting down its release of parathyroid hormone important in eliminating phosphorus from the kidneys because of high calcium concentrations in the blood=hyperparathyroidism. CPK =creatinine phosphokinase...yes assess heart & muscle funtioning/damage.
If you have access to IML try posting these results there and see what others post. There were quite a few people that posted the lab results of their iguanas....maybe they can shed light on yours too.
Yep, good diet; water laden greens, lots of sunshine,daily baths he should be good as new in no time!
