OK, This is how it goes, I am a small time programmer and fellow herp keeper, I have been working on a record keeping program called "Herp Keeper" for sometime now, in about the middle of making it I teamed up with another programmer and snake keeper. Unfortunatly we just lost contact and that project was set in the back of my list. I have now redone the whole program and am almost finished. I will also be starting another program. Since it is the summer and I have nothing better to do besides program, drink soda, and take care of my snakes...(excludes alot more stuff but that pretty much sums it up)...

Herp Keeper
Is a Database program to put it in a nutshell.
It will give you easy access to files that you may need to look up, like when was the last shed, how was it (flaky, full), when it last ate...etc...
For all snakes, lizards and if I get enough response then also arachnids...

I really need your input on what you want included in the database (shed, eating habits, marks, etc...). Please email all of your suggestions to HerpKeeper@hotmail.com.

Snake Road Trip
Ok this is the other program I will be working on... it will be a game, a game where you drive around a chosen state and catch herps native to that state, and sell, let go, import, trade, or just take them home to your collection. It will have alot of neat little things like accedently running over a snake on the road or getting bit by a venomous and having to goto the hospital and lose some of your money... ect... the point of the game owuld be to become a successfull snake seller and not get caught by the LAW... for anyhting "illegal".
It will be fun, but its still in its early stages... I will have a beta out in a couple months mabey...

Bottom line is that if you are a programmer and with to contribute please email HerpKeeper@hotmail.com and tell me how good you are and why you would be good to be on the team. Im sorry I cant pay you, but hey im not getting payed either!
