The list isn't all that complete either...have nothing on there about lettuces, and several people at AOL said its too confusing (i.e. collards are high calcium but also goitrogenic) I explained its not a diet...but a list.. but more like a joke to them .Maybe we can call it "the plant list"..lol & still refer people to Melissa's or Kevin Egan's for "diet" info...ok!
