Ok it sounds like not only is the iguana lacking food intake but it's also dehydrated too. I always mist my iguanas salads with water and I mist them as well to assure they get plenty of water intake.
With Petstores and other places that sell iguanas, they are limited (due to cost issues) of spending the true time needed with a iguana. Iglets are just like a human baby they need alot of attention: their cage needs to be cleaned at least three times a day, they need to be fed at least three times a day. Their evironment needs to be check at least twice a day for correct temperature. Iguanas need for a 14/10 light/dark demands are impossible to do at a Petstore if they are open more than 12 hours.
