: I could have sworn I posted a response here... yet it seems to be missing. I'll try again
: How about adding in information on adoptiong vs. buying? Kind of like they do for fluffy animals and the SPCA?
: Most first time iguana owners do not know of the hundreds of animals coming through a program like ours or worse, die.
: We setup new owners with a healthy iguana and a copy of Jen Swoffords iguana guide (49 printed pages!). We also recommend James Hatfield's book as well as encourage individual research. We are also available by phone or in home visits if new owners have questions or concerns.
: If you would like statistics on numbers coming through our program and others, let me know. I can try to collect them from Colorado Reptile Rescue as well as Holli Friedland's up in Maryland.
: In addition to all the care info, it might be good information to make readily available to people.
: If you can think of anything else our organization can provide, don't hesitate to ask!
:
: : Caging, lighting, diet, temp, humidity, & taming. I think those are the biggies. What did I miss gang?
: : Joan
